Description: One of Englands leading organic wine producers with vineyards on two sites in Kent and East Sussex. The modern winery is sited at Rotherfield in East Sussex, part of the picturesque High Weald. The estate is managed organically and under the Environmental Stewardship scheme for the benefit of the local eco-system and biodiversity. Our winery is equipped with the latest modern equipment, all stainless steel tanks, some large oak vats, however the wine is made as naturally as possible, using natural yeast and avoiding fining and filtration. Wines include still dry white and sparkling wines as well as a red Pinot Noir wine.

2016 Diamond Fields Pinot Noir Vintage - Pinot Noir - Red
Retail Price: Not provided.
Matured in oak barrels for 9 months, this is made without fitration or fining to express the fruit qualities from the vineyard. Full of flavour, mellowed by the oak (but without an oaky style), this is one of the UK's leading Pinot Noir red wines.
2016 Horsmonden dry white wine Vintage - Blends - White
Retail Price: Not provided.
A blend from our oldest vineyards with five grape varieties. 10% fermented in oak foudres, otherwise made in stainless steel and showing clean fruit and hedgerow aromas with a dry finish and plenty of complex character.
